Social Events

Organised social events include a Welcome reception on the evening of Sunday 7 June in the Maverick Room at the conference venue, the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel.  The function commences at 16.30.

On Tuesday, proceedings will finish slightly earlier so that delegates may participate in a guided tour of historical Boston which leaves from the Boston Common Visitors’ Centre at 17.00 sharp.  There will be plenty of time afterwards to relax with a drink in the Public Gardens or take a Swan Boat ride before returning to the hotel for dinner

A gala dinner will take place at the hotel on Tuesday evening at 20.30.
